REGCOM staff is comprised of individuals who have a wide range of financial institution and regulatory compliance systems expertise. Most members of REGCOM staff are former regulators who have conducted detailed regulatory onsite supervisory examinations of financial institution systems. REGCOM staff maintains relationships with all federal financial institution regulatory agencies. In addition to frequently receiving insights and information regarding regulatory management information systems from the agencies, REGCOM's regulatory network allows for direct access to ask questions or clarify a certain regulatory agency's information position on a wide range of issues.

In addition, since its inception in 1988, REGCOM staff has developed and maintained an ongoing dialogue with compliance officers of financial institutions and holding companies of varying asset size.
